Week 9 - Sunday Update


I have been away, trying to understand why I hate to exercise.

Weight and height:       255 pounds     5ft 10inches.

Next let's talk about the food-  My goal is to eat a diet of between 1500-2000 calories a day.  I want to stay as close to the low end as possible.

Next is the calories burned- My goal is to burn between 500 to 1000 calories a day through exercise and other calorie burning activities.

My weigh in and measurement day is Sunday so look for an update on Sundays!
