I have been away, trying to understand why I hate to exercise.

let's talk about the food- My goal is to eat a diet of between
1500-2000 calories a day. I want to stay as close to the low end as
possible.

is the calories burned- My goal is to burn between 500 to 1000 calories
a day through exercise and other calorie burning activities.
