Week 1- Sunday Update


It's week one so there won't be much to tell other then the logistics.  Each week I will post my progress with my weight loss and my experience going through the process.  I have set some goals and means by which to achieve them. 

First let me start with my weight and height:       260 pounds     5ft 10inches.

Next let's talk about the food-  My goal is to eat a diet of between 1500-2000 calories a day.  I want to stay as close to the low end as possible.

Next is the calories burned- My goal is to burn between 500 to 1000 calories a day through exercise and other calorie burning activities.  

I will be keeping track of all these numbers on my favorite site Spark People, if you want to friend me on spark people once you join which I highly recommend my page is Richetta1977. 

My weigh in and measurement day is Sunday so look for an update each Sunday!
